We offer a 7-day free trial for selected services so clients can evaluate performance before committing to a paid plan.
The trial is limited and may include restricted features or budget caps.

3. Payments & Fees

  • All paid services require advance payment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees are non-refundable once services are delivered or campaigns are live.

  • Any third-party costs (such as ad spend, tools, or software) are not included unless explicitly mentioned.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information and required materials on time

  • Approve creatives, campaigns, and strategies when requested

  • Maintain proper communication during the project

Delays in response may affect results and timelines.

5. No Guaranteed Results

While we use proven strategies to generate leads and improve performance, we do not guarantee specific results such as exact sales, revenue, or rankings, as outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, creatives, and marketing materials created remain the property of Umar Malik until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, agreed deliverables may be transferred to the client.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, or email tools.
We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in platform policies

  • Account suspensions or restrictions

  • Technical issues beyond our control

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with prior notice.

  • No refunds will be provided for work already completed.

  • Any outstanding dues must be cleared immediately upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

Umar Malik shall not be held liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss of revenue or profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Results affected by market conditions or external factors
